Not sure how this circus is run between them and vumatel. More than a week that i app**** for fibre still no connection. Even though i already have ont and all installed. Evrerytome you call in they are very sorry. All appologies but no service. They escalate case but no results. Worst service ever.
Do not use afrihost if you want to relocate in future. Gave them the notification on 22 november. I moved in on the 26th . Still no internet. They tell me they are waiting for feedback from vumatel. They would escalate and call me back. As expected no feedback. If they cant manage their own business they blame vumatel. I would highly not recommend rhem for backup service.
Contacted mastercraft about ratchet. Within a day they replied and asked for photos. They just went silent after that. Still no reply . Prices are not bad but rather spent more on other brands that stand by their guarantee
tried to upgrade on cell c direct Monday, confirmed with the operator that the handset is available on which she confirmed they have 2 in stock. today I phoned to get a tracking number on my order on which im informed that <br> they don't have the handset in stock.<br> I cancelled the order today to rather go to a store and upgrade.<br> now I cant upgrade for the next week because they need to remove the upgrade request from cell c direct.<br> I am fed up with cell c with this bad service.<br> I will open a new contract with another service provider over the weekend and not upgrade on this contract but rather cancel it on the due date two months from now.<br> you just lost another customer. I will rather pay more at another provider and get service .I would recommend all to rather use another provider as this is not my first time having upgrade issues with cell c. 2years ago it was system problems. took me 4days to get an upgrade on a phone you had in stock. useless!!!
