FALSE "GAURANTEE" this company is lying to it's customers with completely false claims!
"no nonsense swop out, lifetime guarantee" WHAT A JOKE!!!! Your company is an embarrassment. Your products are utterly terrible and when people try return a defective product and get your lifetime guarantee we are met with outrageous service from awful rude staff members and get told every excuse in the book as to why they will not stick to their word and refund you. They will blame you abusing the product even when it is a lie. The no nonsense swop out is a complete lie, do not buy these products the company is ****ming people with their lies. The manager called us ****s when we quoted their guarantee to them.. He swore at us and was extremely rude. What happened to the customer is right? We work in the trade industry, we spend big money of products like yours and we will NEVER EVER SUPPORT YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!! I will tell every person I know about your false claims. Ever heard of false advertising??

DO NOT USE COURIERIT, WHAT A JOKE!!
DISGUSTING SERVICE!! URGENT PARCEL NOT DELIVERED, THEY DIDNT RING OUR BELL, LOOK OVER THE FENCE OR EVEN CALL US. WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY NEVER ANSWER OR THEY PUT YOU THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH DOESN'T GET ANSWERED EITHER. DO NOT USE THIS ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!!! TWO DAYS LATER AND NO PARCEL.
