Great service and super smooth transaction.
Bought my car on auction and Mahlatse was my sales person who helped me. Super smooth transaction and great service. Told him I would be back the next day for a car for my wife and he spent around 5 hours with us the following day while we test drove and chose a car.

Mastercraft tools / Smollan - no response.
Thought the tools were fantastic until I tried to claim on a broken ball driver. Been trying now for 3 months to get this sorted. Call center (SMOLLAN) just drops the calls. The consultants phone when you log the call and then never come back to you (Again SMOLLAN) - Actually - perhaps Mastercraft should look at who they have appointed as their service representative! Perhaps it is Smollan that is the issue here!
