MASTERPARTS BELVILLE

I have never felt so disappointed. I bought a Clutch Kit, Release bearing and exhaust gasket and couriered down to Bloemfontein. Received the Clutch - Box seal was open and there was no packing inside. The Clutch plate and pressure plate just floating around in the box. Never the less it was also not the correct part. I immediately contacted the Sales man Jerome informing him that this clutch looks fishy for me it doesn't even look if this clutch match the box Brands. Returned the Clutch, just to be told that for them it looks like I fitted the Clutch??? Its the wrong Clutch the bolt holes doesn't even lineup! i Shipped them my Sample to measure it them self's and now they just are not coming back to me. I have used Masterparts for more than 10 years without any issues until now. I am not even sure what i should do as there is no contact nrs for the head-office. This is Masterparts Belville
