On the 15 November we spoke to Pavel the owner of the Parlour as my aunt Passed away and she had her insurance with the Mateman all her premiums were up do date....we asked him to arrange for us a service for the coming weekend and his repsonse was he will have to talk to his workers first so we then decide to use an alternative Parlour and requested from him to give us a cash payout of which he said he will see and then he just went quiet on us by the 17 Nov my cousin messaged him on whatsapp and he did not repsond at first late that nite he responded by swearing at her so i dont know what Pavel knows about customer service or he is just plane rude as a person ................so i wont recommend anyone to use this parlour for any services we will not leave him at all we will take the matter further with the ombudsman.
