Excellent, professional service with great customer relations

I recently was gifted a goodie from Matilda's and was really enjoying it. It started to give problems, so I contacted their customer service department. After a quick and professional conversation via email, a new one was sent to me. They have excellent customer service and offer a wide range of products.
