poor service

Placed an online order the initial payment didn't go through. Tshepo called to query payment without checking availability of the item. After the payment was processed i was told the delivery will be one month. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was told refunds are only processed on Wednesdays and payment will be done on Friday. I have been calling them ever since even spoke to the manager but to date the refund has not been processed.
