Awful experience

I am still disappointed on investing on their watches,i bought a watch in Cape Town after receiving a promotion and had it personalised with my surname with hopes of leaving it as an inheritance for my son one day,only to find that the face started to fade within 3 months.When i went back they had moved to who knows where and my calls never returned.
