1. On 08/11/2021 I purchased a Umakoti custom x1 at Matt Arend Pretoria on their online store.
2. I paid the full purchase price of the wris****ch, which was R5999.00 plus R149.00 delivery fee, totalling R6148.00. The delivery of the wris****ch should have been on the 14.11.2021.
3. However the store has failed to deliver the watch upon the agreed upon date.
4. The store has further failed to communicate when the wrist watch will be delivered.
5.The store has been unjustfiedly enriched by accepting the full purchase price of the wrist watch and failing to deliver it to me in order to complete the sale.
6.The store has been unjustfiedly enriched to my enriched to my detriment.
7. I gave the store communication on 1st trying to get the time piece when that failed on 2 consecutive communication sent I then opted for a refund as no watch was delivered.
Am coming to this platform to try and get my money back and the vendor has failed me as the consumer as per our sale agreement.
I have been communicating with a guy named Rabelani and he has on numerous times advised me that refund was done verbally once I requested proof of payment he never produced it.
Am tired of this people as they are crooks and should not be operating for business at all.
Am not sure if Matthias Arend is aware of such happenings under his name and probably one of his franchises. If not well he'll see it now and hopefully do something about that store as it is his ne after all that that store is busy tarnishing.
