Watch taken for repairs but never returned

I received my watch but didn't even last 6 months. Reported to them and they sent instructions to wind the watch it didn't work and they told me to send my watch back to them for repairs which i did. I never got a report why the watch stopped working until i asked them for the watch back . They told me to pay R500 for service. I told them not to service it they must return my watch i ll look for repairs locally. That was in May 2021 till today watch hasn't been returned. Contacted them again asking them to post back my watch they said they will. Its October now and I still don't have my watch back. I have complained on their adverts on Facebook but no luck. I paid R1 600 for a watch i don't use till now.
