Outstanding Service from Matthys Realtors – They Truly Go the Extra Mile
Moving can be stressful, but with Matthys Realtors the process becomes much easier. They go the extra mile to assist with both the small and the big things, and they respond quickly whenever help is needed. Peter and Annette from Matthys Realtors were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their support, professionalism, and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service when moving to a new home.

Be very careful dishonest and ********* agent
Wish I could give 0 stars. Peter Matthys is ********* in his practice and doesn't know how to communicate with clients. He is dishonest and a disgrace to society and shows no shame. Please be very careful, and warn everyone. I do not recommend him at all. He puts in more than one application for rental on one place which he is not allowed to do. Wasting peoples time. All other agents do one application at a time and then if it is not approved they continue to the next candidate. Don't waste your time.

Worst realtors
Worst realtors I've dealt with. Horrible communication. They have declined our application with no good reason and has now does not answer our calls after we requested feedback as to why it was declined.

I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
We love the service we receive from Matthys Realtors. They're always friendly and professional and they're always so quick to respond when we have something that needs to be repaired. They have never given us a reason to complain about anything and we look forward to continuing working with them :)

DISGRUNTLED CLIENT!
Do not do any business with these people. They do not assist people looking to rent a property especially now during covid. Instead they scrutinize your application, are very unsympathetic and ask personal and confidential questions that have nothing to do with your application. They do not keep you up to date with the progress of the application instead you must phone. It is now 4days and i still don't have a response as promised. STAY AWAY!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Do not do any business with these people. They do not assist people looking to rent a property especially now during covid. Instead they scrutinize your application, are very unsympathetic and ask personal and confidential questions that have nothing to do with your application. Matthys Realtors bad rental agent:(. hold on to deposit and wont fix anything you report
Matthy's realtors If you want to have a good rental experience please stay away from this agent!!!!! here are my reasons 1. The lease ends on the 30th or 31st, a few hours before the 1st. So if you moving to a new place on the 1st, you have to find storage, transport to storage and a guesthouse for that night. This meant that I had to to pay more than R3000 for the night. 2. You have to wait 3-4 weeks before you get your rental deposit from them. They say it's for water and sanitation. But you also pay a separate deposit for water and sanitation at the beginning. So this does not make sense. 3. Water in the flat is dirty. When you ask for it to be fixed they blame the city of Tshwane. This is not true because some people in the complex have clean water. I also checked with the city of Tshwane and they said it's an issue of having the pipes fixed which is not on them. it needs the agent to report the matter to the body cooperate but they won't. 5. The flat has bad mould. When you report the issue, the agent will tell you to open windows and lace curtains. You do all of this and wont solve the issue. mind you this is the first floor so you wont have any privacy and this wont fix the issue. then they will accuse you of being dirty and causing the mould issue. 6. they advertise the flat as having a slower. when you ask for the shower rail. they tell you the tiles are not waterproof for a shower.

Beware of Matthys Realtors real estate agents
Beware of this Real Estate Agent!!! We are currently very unhappy about the way in which these two people treated us the last 4 months. They rented a unit in Centurion to us which was not fit for beneficial occupation. We were misled by the agents and the unit was misrepresented by them. We have to pay R10 500 rent each month, but one door which is part of the main outside structure has no lock, there is an illegal structure built onto the unit where the roof is rotten. The unit was left very dirty and had cost us a lot of money to clean, yet they refuse to refund us, but expect us to leave them a clean unit when we move out, is this fair? We were told that the walls will be painted and guess what, again they refuse to take action. The walls are full of patches. We have plumbing problems, roof leaks and many more yet the agent together with the owner will not cooperate. If you are in Centurion or looking to move to Centurion, feel free to leave a comment and I will gladly show you exactly who these agents are.
