Peter and Annette from Matthys Realtors were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their support, professionalism, and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service when moving to a new home.
worst service from the Saxby branch on centurion. We got sick from our pizza, and when you phone them to raise the concern, it is as if they just don't care.
Absolute useless customer service. I will never finance a car nor advise anyone to finance a car through them. EVER!
Absolutely Poor! I tried to move my fibre line to my knew house when they advised i need to subscribe to a VoIP line first which can take a week. I then cancelled my line as it is on a month to month on the 7th of July online as I was told by the agents to do it online and someone will contact me back. When I phoned in today they advised it has not been processed yet and will take 14 days and from there on another 30 days to cancel, this is ridiculous. I cancelled on the 7th which mean my end date is the 7th not when Telkom decide they want to work and phone me back to confirm I cancelled the line.
Absolutely useless!! I have an issue that is ongoing now for almost three months and no one at DSTV can tell me what my problem is!! PATHETIC. Last week I spoke to a certain lady which informed me someone will phone me back in 10 minutes, apparently DSTVs 10 minutes is more like 10 days as I still have not received a callback. I really hope someone at DSTV decides they want to work for a bit and can fix a three month old issue!!!!!!!
And once again Multichoice disappeared like mist in the sun. NO feedback and it has been over a month since my first complaint.
it has been 20 days and it is still NOT resolved. I need to phone in every time to find out. We rented another movie now to see if it has been resolved and the movie became available, but I cannot watch it because they are still investigating my first case and freeze that I cannot rent any new movies, what a useless service!!!!!!!! Then I get told they have emailed me, but I never received the email, that was sent supposedly on the 2nd of July, it has been 16 days, and NO follow-up, they just leave it because they are too lazy to work!!!!! USELESS client service
No feedback again or whatsoever, they just disappear like mist in the sun. I had to call them every time after i paid for movies but I could never watch it. Useless. Really pathetic service from the whole Multichoice.
Awesome service from Michael and Riaan from VapeKing menlyn maine, they were really helpful, friendly to assist me in getting the correct Vape for me that suits my needs. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that does not know the product and most definitely buy from them again.
Useless once again, after one bad review everybody phones you and say they will sort out the problem, no feedback since tuesday i must phone in the whole time just the be told that they escalate it, but nothing else, Multichoice once again disappoint me.
