Beware of Matthys Realtors real estate agents

Beware of this Real Estate Agent!!! We are currently very unhappy about the way in which these two people treated us the last 4 months. They rented a unit in Centurion to us which was not fit for beneficial occupation. We were misled by the agents and the unit was misrepresented by them. We have to pay R10 500 rent each month, but one door which is part of the main outside structure has no lock, there is an illegal structure built onto the unit where the roof is rotten. The unit was left very dirty and had cost us a lot of money to clean, yet they refuse to refund us, but expect us to leave them a clean unit when we move out, is this fair? We were told that the walls will be painted and guess what, again they refuse to take action. The walls are full of patches. We have plumbing problems, roof leaks and many more yet the agent together with the owner will not cooperate.
