I purchased a couch, dinning room set and bedside tables in the beginning of Feb 2025 at the Menlyn outlet, I was promised delivery on the 2nd of March 2025. We moved to our new place on 2nd of March and looked forward to the delivery. Sadly on the 2nd of March they never pitched with my order. I was various and rescheduled for the 15th. Again there was promises made for the 15th and came the 15th we struggled again with the delivery. Couldnt get hold of our driver. Eventually it did come on the 15th at 4 o clock in the afternoon after many phone calls and fights. That being said Bongi the sales person at Menlyn was very kind and helped alot. But the main problem was that they could not get hold of the driver. Their communication is horrible, which is sad because the quality of the furniture is spectacular, and I believe they could flourish as a company if they manage their communication and delivery. But for the time being I am very upset with the service and definitely needs to be fixed
