Poor service delivery

Purchased a couch from Centurion Lifestyle Centre. For delivery in Hartbee****rt I had to wait a week and pay and additional fee. Only to have it delivered a week later incomplete. Now we need to wait another week because "Wednesdays" is our area for delivery. Your problem becoming my problem.

Very unhappy, poor after sales and interaction from the warehouse manager that doesn't seem to be very helpful.
