bed delivery

Hello Peter, please help me here. I bought a bed on Wednesday from Mattress and Couche in the Eastgate Mall. The delivery was scheduled for today, 10 October 2025. This morning, 10 October 2025, I received a call from a gentlemen said to be a driver @08h41 requesting me to send the location, i did sent it and also the address, I then took away my old bed since they said they are coming. Until now I have not received the delivery they telling all sorts of stories, I am now without a bed and I am in a wheelchair, i will sleep on the floor without a bed....can please urgently follow up for me.
