Pathetic Service

Worst worst service I have ever received from a company. You place an order, no one gets back to you to confirm your order, quick to send you a qoute, extremely pathetic to pay back your deposit. I will NOT recommend anyone to buy from The Mattrass Company.

And please don't fall for the deposit payment upfront cause they will not pay you back once you cancel the order. I am now waiting 3 days for my refund. Don't hear a word from them unless I phone or whatsapp them.

Pathetic - Never in my life have I ever received this kind of service from any company
