Terrible service and constant lies. Please DO NOT purchase anything from this supplier. We were promised 6 pillows with our purchase of two beds and this is still forthcoming after 3 months. One bed still not sorted. Pathetic lot.

We purchased 2 beds from Mattress Mart 2 months ago. My wife complained to the driver and to the sales person that both beds were damaged (had holes in them) upon delivery. She sent them images as requested by Sue. The beds were exchanged. My wife was not happy as these had blades of grass on them and looked as if there were the demo models from the store. To date the beds have not been replaced as promised. We went into the store on 1 Sept 2019 and spoke with Desmond. I gave him an ultimatum to sort out the issue by 7 Sept 19. We went into the shop again on 7 Sep 19 and met the initial salesperson Sue. She showed us two types of beds they were going to replace ours with. We chose the pillow top as replacements. When we query delivery on 11/9/19 then Sue wants to replace with something else than what was agreed. We were also promised 6 bamboo pillows with our purchase – this was advertised on their window as well and 2 months later nothing has been provided but excuses. Both Sue and Desmond refuse to provide their boss's contact details. I am not interested in the excuse that they have ordered the pillows and neither their lame promises to exchange beds with new ones as agreed. Please assist as this is extremely frustrating as we are being constantly lied to. Their contact number is Desmond 033 342 2767 or Sue 033 3456410 . Both people do not want to provide their boss' contact details.
