They refuse to respond to e-mails and each e-mail is returned as unread. My account was paid via EFT and reflects on my statement yet they deduct again via debit order and do not want to refund. The reading on my app does not match the actual reading yet they do not resspond. Do not support such Companies.
Do not buy from this Company - so useless - no stock and now do not want to refund.
Went in for the second time today as I had to make an appointment the first time, I went in. The information kiosk said I need Original ID, certified copy of ID, proof of address, Company registration documents. So, I take all these documents with me only to be told that I must have the 14.3 form for the Company. I queried this with the lady assisting me, "why didn't the Info Kiosk clearly emphasize that I must bring in the 14.3 form". What a waste of my time😡. Now I must take time off again because of someone's incompetence (apparently because they are under stress according to the lady who assisted me). So why must I be stressed out because of someone's incompetence? I cannot take any more time off so please resolve so that I may e-mail this 14.3 form.
We ordered a Full meal on Friday, 03 November 2023 at 17:06 (order 621) but the teller rang up a Viva meal. We only found this out when collecting our order as we went to do our shopping and did not see the need to check our invoice 27955. The order was supposed to be split into half chicken hot and half chicken mild. Instead, we received half mild and half lemon and herb. What poor service! Doesn't your staff listen and check orders? I rather dine at KFC or Nandos as their customer experience is far better....
My employer paid my September 2022 salary late and hence I paid my account on 10 October 2022 when I was paid. Because of this I had to pay the bank for the debit order not being honoured and now to my surprise Telkom has charged me an additional R202.70 because of the late payment. This is the first time I have paid my account late, so I wonder how many people Telkom rob by charging them this ridiculous fee over and above the interest they charge. What a bunch of crooks?
I tried paying my car licence using Nedbank Masterpass but I could not remember my password and locked myself out. Itried paying this 10 times and it was declined. I phoned the call center and thatwas a total waste of time. I then went to the post office to pay and the credit card was declined twice so I paid with my debit card. Now on the 2 November 2022, R546.00 has been deducted from both my credit card and debit card. I phoned the call center again and after speaking with 4 differrent people I was unable to get a refund as this is a fault due to Nedbank and surely Nedbank should sort this out and not blame load shedding or poor network. Twice my ex - employer has not paid me by the last day of the month as promised and my last two installments have been paid late when I was paid. To try and prevent this I called the call center and queried whether I could move the debit order to the 5th of each month and was informed this was fine. Now when I phone the call center I am told I am arrears. There is nothing I can do to rectify this as far as I am concerned my payments are up to date. As for the call center, this is the most inefficient way of dealing with your customers problems - the same must be explained to 3 or 4 people at least - most infuriating to deal with Nedbank and I regret it everyday.
Hello, I have not been paid my September salary by my employer. I have been receiving SMS's almost daily from Nedbank informing me of the situation that there is no funds. I am fully aware of this and just ONE SMS is sufficient as I am billed R10.00 per SMS for something I am fully aware of. I have notified the homeloan & card division of the situation and have promised to pay as soon as I am paid. However I have been informed that the SMS cannot be cancelled. How many hundreds of thousands of people is Nedbank robbing everyday? Is this the norm to abuse a person when there is financial problem due to no fauly of mine?
Hello, I purchased a roll of galvanised chicken mesh from the online store and after 3 months of purchase the wire has started to rust. Prior to my purchase, Lucky of RIngabelcart confirmed that the wire was indeed galvanised. I called Lucky on 22 July 2022 and he requested pictures of the rust and this was forwarded on the same day. After numerous requests, Lucky confirmed on 11 August 2022 that "Nothing as yet but we are testing to see if the results will be the same. Kindly give us this week to verify the results so that we can also send them pictures from our side for replacement" This was more than a month ago and still no feedback as Ringabelcart is avoiding my e-mails. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH UNSCRUPULOUS ONLINE STORES.
Is this a reputable company or some fly by night company? I have tried calling on 7 occasions without any answer. I got through to voicemail at 09:06 to be informed that their trading hours is from 09:00 to 15:00??? Neither do they respond to an e mail sent. What a joke of a company.
I want to purchase a vacuum sealer and found the Bennett Read sealer on the Tevo website. The price advertised is as per the link below, is R599.95. https://youtu.be/uUdaxbcWUO0?t=37 The same product is listed as R749.95 on the Tevo website as well. I queried this with Tevo last Friday and assured them that I was happy to pay the R599.95 as advertised on the video. They asked for proof and the link was sent to them. I even sent the statement obtained from internet "Generally, if a retailer displays multiple prices, they should honour the lower price." to them but they are conveniently evading my offer to purchase. Why support such an deceitful company who will not honour their advertised price?
