Bad service

I have been a customer with this shop, after I bought my bed ,just within 3 years it got so bad that we can't sleep.

I bought my bed in 3 rivers only only to find the shop is closed. I lost my slip but I asked the company In vanderbjilpark to check their records and they didn't they say they lost them! I am disappointed that as I customer you can't get assistance when you have bought something and they can't even go to their records so that I claim from the warranty and pay the difference. This shop when you speak to the assistants on call they even speak with attitude, I request a Quality Assurance to be done so that they can be heard.
