We have bought a new bed on the 30/09/3021 @ medi mattress Vanderbijlpark, there was kind lady working there Amanda she was very helpfull, we forgot to take out our slip for the bakkie and that weekend the bakkie was send to the car wash soo the slip is gone. After 3 months it was in December my bed started making squiking noice and it be became uncomfortable to sleep on it, but i realized that i have left my slip in our bakkie before it went to the car wash that weekend after buying the the mattresse, but then i miracle i saw Amanda again in February she explained to me that she was no longer working at medi mattress i explained to her that the bed is making a squiking sound and that we are currently sleeping very uncomfortable, she told me that if i contact the shop and explained them my situation they will help me maybe they would have if you were still working for them thank Amanda for the great service, and soo i did on 16/03/2022 after 4 months of very uncomfortable sleep i though that it would be end of our tiredness nights but then.... Deidre explain to me that they won't be able to assist me without the slip.
So i just throw R6000 into the drain cause there is NO system in place in the event of losing your slip.
Bad really Bad they didn't even try to help not even reprint me a slip i gave the exect date of which i have bought the bed i gave them my details don't they have a delivery book to atleast pretend to be helpful.
