Worst after sale service ever

I have bought a mattress from this business online. The delivery was sooner than expected and I told many people about this great website.

HOWEVER

Once we started using the mattress we woke up with head aches, stiff necks and back pain. The mattress is rated at 150kg weight limit (which for a queen means for each side), we both weigh less than 67kg, but from the first night it fell as if we are falling right through sleeping on no support. I contacted the company as well as the manufacturer and they just said the mattress is fine and has no defects. Else I must pay for a return and they will assess it after already informing me that there is nothing wrong. I bought a new mattress to get more rest and sleep better, but this is on the contrary.
