The worst pharmacy I have seen iny entire life. The first time I went there, they attempted to make more that 3 claims worth more medication that I took. I never went there again. However, another claim was made on my profile without visiting the pharmacy and the beneficiary is not someone that I know. Please note that the pharmacy will also claim on your medical aid without you visiting the pharmacy. That is *****!

The worst pharmacy I have seen iny entire life. The first time I went there, they attempted to make more that 3 claims worth more medication that I took. I never went there again. However, another claim was made on my profile without visiting the pharmacy and the beneficiary is not someone that I know. Please note that the pharmacy will also claim on your medical aid without you visiting the pharmacy. That is *****!

I was told to get matric to read the sign at the door
I went to maunde pharmacy my name is Maria Mangena... I did not kniw that thenparmacy is using a sanitizing method where i have to use my leg to press for the sanitizer to come out..... In stead of showing me how it is done the whole stuff laughed at me like i was some kind if *****... They laughed until i left the store the costumer serbice was very poor coz even the person helping me was laughing simply because i did not know that u had to use my leg to press the sanitizer... This happened also to a lady who was behind me on The queue no one bothers to come show us how to do it... The y even told me if i had matric i would be able to read on the door even a blind person can see the sign... I really want them to be deceplined if it mean they loose their license then so be it
