I'm sick and tired of wasting my airtime calling this people to refund my mo ey Senzo keeps promising me lies for the past 5 month I want my refund because I don't know if I have to beg them to give me my money back I'm fed up

I was told to get matric to read the sign at the door
I went to maunde pharmacy my name is Maria Mangena... I did not kniw that thenparmacy is using a sanitizing method where i have to use my leg to press for the sanitizer to come out..... In stead of showing me how it is done the whole stuff laughed at me like i was some kind if *****... They laughed until i left the store the costumer serbice was very poor coz even the person helping me was laughing simply because i did not know that u had to use my leg to press the sanitizer... This happened also to a lady who was behind me on The queue no one bothers to come show us how to do it... The y even told me if i had matric i would be able to read on the door even a blind person can see the sign... I really want them to be deceplined if it mean they loose their license then so be it

Oldmutual money account patheticness
They refused to pay me back my money that did nit cime out of the their ATM they even have the guts to tell me that i must go to the ombuds man i was asisted at polokwane mall of the north branch wich is where i made the despute their service is pathetic they must stick to funeral covers and the the banks handle banking and money issues gence thay cant even pay death claim... Angry
