Useless and Greedy Property managers
Very bad property agency not even interested about their tenants safety 2 burglaries in less then a month when I called the guy responsible for the building to tell him that they broke into my flat at 2h00 in the morning while I was asleep and they stole my phone he told me there is not much they can do it's a norm in the germiston CBD but the flat that was renovated got safety gate they only worried about some tenants and to hell with the rest.

I am very unhappy with M & D Property they very unprofessional on another level I received my statement and I was charged a fixed electricity fee wich I won't pay I'm sorry the electricity is so expensive I buy almost a thousand rand and then I must pay an extra fee ontop of that I'm not crazy.I'm staying in a unit that is not liveable with paint that is falling from the wall but they want to get extra money from the tenant's...there is not even a Dustin for the tenant's to throw away their garbage ather buildings has pickitup bins for tenant's to dispose their garbage...sometimes the water is sky high but we dont even use so much wwaterI called the office regarding the charge and I was told they sent all the tenant's a letter on the 24th of October with their statements imagine that they did not communicate in advance how can you send a letter on the same day that you will be charged extra does it make sense

Refusing to pay my deposit for 4 months, claiming backlog.
Shameful and ********* service from Nadia Van Wyk Refusing to pay my deposit for 4 months, claiming backlog in payments, when the law states that it must be kept unused in an 'interest-bearing account'. It has been 4 months since i moved out of Elsburg Court, i left the place in a better condition than i found it, but yet i have not received my deposit of R7000, Money that i need for my family. Nadia Van Wyk has ignored all my correspondance, promises after promises. And this is not the first, we previously stayed at Ellana Gardens and waited over 5 months for our deposit, Their own policy states that you will receive your deposit after 21 days. Very ********* people, service seems to vary depending on your 'demographic' If you are facing a similar issue please file a complaint with the Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal.
