I called the mtn customer service to notify them that my phone got ****** they broke into my flat when I was asleep and they told me to pay R5800 to cancel the contract...where the heck will I find such money...I regret taking out an contract with them.
Very bad property agency not even interested about their tenants safety 2 burglaries in less then a month when I called the guy responsible for the building to tell him that they broke into my flat at 2h00 in the morning while I was asleep and they stole my phone he told me there is not much they can do it's a norm in the germiston CBD but the flat that was renovated got safety gate they only worried about some tenants and to hell with the rest.
I am very unhappy with M & D Property they very unprofessional on another level I received my statement and I was charged a fixed electricity fee wich I won't pay I'm sorry the electricity is so expensive I buy almost a thousand rand and then I must pay an extra fee ontop of that I'm not crazy.I'm staying in a unit that is not liveable with paint that is falling from the wall but they want to get extra money from the tenant's...there is not even a Dustin for the tenant's to throw away their garbage ather buildings has pickitup bins for tenant's to dispose their garbage...sometimes the water is sky high but we dont even use so much wwaterI called the office regarding the charge and I was told they sent all the tenant's a letter on the 24th of October with their statements imagine that they did not communicate in advance how can you send a letter on the same day that you will be charged extra does it make sense
This is like the 4th time I'm writing about standard bank I am seriously gatvol of standard bank I don't have an overdraft facility with them but they deducted an overdraft fee from my account I did not have funds in my account so the charged me an Honoring fee of 307 so you tell me how the hell can they still charge overdraft fee on top of the flippin honoring fee does it make sense.
Useless MTN I'm so disgusted in MTN I regret taking a contract with them they ****** I took out a pocket router for 210 with 50GB but it only lasted for 4 days so I canceled it and had to Pay R895 for early cancelation guess what they still sending me statements for that contract...I decided to take out the home internet for R295 worst mistake ever I used it for 4 days and they send me a statement for 900 just imagine that
I am so furious.,I have settled my account with African bank but they still debited my account today. And that is utterly ridiculous I will never ever use their service again because they are a bunch of ****** 😠
I'm supper ****ed off with African Bank after I settle my account I never ever want to see them again they super useless I have a credit card with them My outstanding balance with them is currently R2400 now that I'm near to settle them them they are calling me non-stop I receive 100 calls a week from them its so dqmn annoying telling me that I'm in arrears from 2022 what the heck if I'm in arrears why the hell is my settlement account saying that I have to pay R2400 to settlement stop damn calling me million times a day that's harassment 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I'm am so disgusted with standard bank with their poor service they are useless it is my third time writing about their bad service and its just not changing.my card was blocked due to uber eats taking money from my account and I don't even use uber eats then I went into the branch they ordered me a new card wich I still did not receive so I contacted them and they told me they had to order a new card because the previous order did not go through why was I never notified....secondly I transferred money to someone and found out the person is a ****mer now they don't want to reverse my dam money its my money they want to flippin charge me R300 to reverse my own money what **** is that?
I'm so sick and tired of Standard Bank ****** *****s every month without fail they deduct a R100 honoring fees that I don't know what the hell it's for I'm thinking of closing my account that I have with them for 14 years if they don't stop their **** I want all my money back cause this is to much now.
I call the customer care line regarding my dstv account and was advised to pay R351 and hour after that when we went to the shop they told us to pay R548 that is totally ridiculous dstv are becoming ****** because everyone is leaving dstv because they are useless and show movies 10 times I'm disappointed in their service damn ******.
