There prices are fairly good. That is the upside. On the down side, they are not professional. There is no land line or a phone number where one can speak to someone . There is only a WhatsApp cell phone number. I ordered an engine from them, because of all the places I contacted, Max Autoparts was the cheapest. I paid them, got the invoice and when the engine needed to be couriered I got an invoice for the insurance of the engine's transposition. That was never told to me and now it is my problem. According to Ocean Pacific Express, Max Autoparts make use of the for a long time, and they should've told me about the insurance. According to Max Autoparts, I must take care of insurance, which is refundable. I'm not the seller. As far as I know the seller insure the product to cover them incase of any losses. When I asked a refund and to cancel the deal, they told me it's not possible, and when I asked to use my own courier service, they told me it isn't possible ether. It is very frustrating to not be able to talk to someone. The courier company gave me a wrong bank account number to pay for the insurance. Now that is my problem also. It is a mess to get the payment stopped and reversed so that I can pay the money into the correct account. Both , the courier company and Max Autoparts keeps on apologizing, but that don't ease the frustration. The way I was dealt with, made me think I am being ****ed.
