I ordered expensive items from this company just after Christmas and I am still waiting for them to deliver.

No communication whatsoever, I sent many emails, WhatsApp's and zero reply.

Eventually after 11 days I received a reply from them on whatsapp reprimanding me instead of trying to resolve my issue.

Extremely arrogant, extremely rude and unwilling to expedite my order.

I lodged a complain with the NCP and with my bank regarding ***** investigation.

The worst shopping experience I have ever had, use Sound Match as an alternative they deliver in 2 days.
