WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE *****STERS!
WARNING! I ordered expensive items from this company just after Christmas and I am still waiting for them to deliver. No communication whatsoever, I sent many emails, WhatsApp's and zero reply. Eventually after 11 days I received a reply from them on whatsapp reprimanding me instead of trying to resolve my issue. Extremely arrogant, extremely rude and unwilling to expedite my order. I lodged a complain with the NCP and with my bank regarding ***** investigation. The worst shopping experience I have ever had, use Sound Match as an alternative they deliver in 2 days.

Terrible customer service/damage to interior of vehicle
Horrible experience from the very first call to the installation. I would not recommend Cartrack's service. Damage to the interior of the car by installer, panels were pried with a *****driver or prying device and proceeded to leave scratches, scuffs and deep grooves in the vinyl/plastic panels. Deeply saddened and regret having a unit installed, I don't appreciate the lack of care. I was also able to locate the tracker with in seconds of inspecting my vehicle. I am happy to discuss this and change my rating if Cartrack pays for the restoration to the panels.
