Terrible service, I regret purchasing from this dealership. I bought a 2011 Land Rover discovery4 which was labelled 2012 on display, the car had issue from day 1. Water leaking into the passanger footwell when raining, returned it to the three times but I still have the same problem today. The car had suspension noise that they were unable to resolve, worn out suspension components, turbo hissing that was resolved but the car came back with other problems after that fix. This car came with a certificate of roadworthiness from Ronnie's motors by the way. Pathetic service, I have never met the manager (Jayson Lamb) as he is always busy or on another call, that tells you a lot about his service manners. Never received a callback from him either. Tells you a lot about his character. I would not advise anyone to spend their hard earned money on these crooks

Great service from Anthony Glover and Max 4 Cars East London.
I would like to share my experience dealing with used car sales men. I have owned a few used cars in my life and the first thing that comes to mind when looking at a used car is who was the previous owner and how was the car treated by them as there is always that worry about buying someones else`s problem, then you have the sales person who needs to make a sale so you are always wary as to if you are being told the truth or fed some lies. Now let me tell you if you are looking for an honest man who will not only search for a car you want not only to suit your pocket but also what you really want you need to go to Max 4 cars in East London and ask for Anthony Glover. I have bought 3 cars from this man over the years, one of them I loved so much I paid off and kept... I will not deal with anyone else again as I have had bad experiences in the past dealing with other sales people. He is always available and willing to help even after the sale and not simply refer you to service departments as previous sales people have done in my experience but actually takes ownership of the problem and sorts it out. Thank you Anthony for being professional and always catering for the needs and wants of my family.

Great service from Anthony Glover and Max 4 Cars East London.

2009 Jaguar XF SV8
We bought a 2009 Jaguar XF from Max4 cars 3 months ago. This is the 3rd car bought from them in the last 4 years. The day we collected the car the salesmen at the time told us that the spare keys for the car is in Cape Town with the previous owner and he will send the keys the next week. After various messages to the manager and promises that if they don't get the key they will order a new one we are still waiting now 3 months. The last 2 messages send to the manager was not answered. This is now getting critical as if we ever have a problem with this current key the car will not move. It is all electronics even the gear shift only pops up when the car starts. Can anybody please advise or help. We traded in my wife's Mercedes CLC 350 for this car and handed the spare keys in wth the car. A new key for this Jaguar is more very expensive and we cannot afford this.
