After a horrible day of being scammed by the manufacturer of my car I was given advise to go see Quniton from QnA Gearbox, Randburg, Address: 5 Standard Cl, Strydompark, Johannesburg, 2194. What an absolute old school gentleman, he took my car for a quick drive and sorted my issue out within 5min and saved me R25 000. Thank you Quinton If you have an issue with your car gearbox I would not advise anyone else but QnA, they will give you an honest assessment.
I took my car into Mazda yesterday as I had a loud knocking sound coming from what I thought was the underside of my car. Mazda inspected the car and told me that my drive shaft needed to be replaced and quoted me R25 000 to carry out the repairs. I took the car for a second opinion and it turns out that the noise was from loose wheel nuts on the passenger front tyre. So disappointed in the aftersales service I received from the dealership. I used to be one of those people who insist on having my cars repaired at the manufactures dealership as I thought they would know best and not try to take advantage of their customers. I will no longer service my car at the dealership.
I went into vodacom in Cresta mall to get a phone. I would of bought the huawei as I had previously upgraded from a samsung to a huawei and found the phone to be high speced and had a longer battery life. Anyway while I was browsing the store for a phone I noticed that samsung had a deal for a S21 with a tab A7 on promo. Since I needed a tablet I thought that this would be a great option. I took the deal and was only told after the fact that the store did not actually have the stock of the tablet and that I would need to log onto a website and register for the gift, the samsung BA was very helpful and adiment that I would get my tablet within 7 - 10 working days. Well it has now been two months of fighting, apparently a tablet had been dispatched two weeks ago and the courier was hi-jacked... I am now told that the issue has been escalated but that they have no Idea when I will be dispatched a new tablet. I want to take this samsung phone back cancel the deal and get the huawei phone I should have taken in the first place. we were also told that a manager would call us back yesterday... still waiting.
On the 21st of December 2020 I purchased 2 ceiling fans online, this was the first time I had used online purchase as I usually just go into the store but as it was the last week before Christmas and I couldn't get away from work I thought that this would be faster. Before I purchased the products I read the terms and conditions which stated that the delivery period would be 7 - 10 working days but since it was covid and this is now the new excuse used for poor service Game has added a text box to there page to indicate that the delivery time could now take up to 14 working days. (I can get stock from overseas faster). Anyway I made the purchase, after new years had past and another week had gone by I decided to call log onto the Game Website to see the progress made with my parcel only to find that it still showed order being processed... I decided to chat with the live chat option to see what was happening and got the response that they are still within there SLA. Needless to say a day or two afterwards I logged on again this time to find that the process was now in order has been dispatch, no tracking feature is available on this international companies website, so again I thought I would have a chat with the online live chat agent... this time I was told that they would follow up and come back to me, the time expired for the chat and no one bothered to call me back. I then decided to email the customer care email address provided on the original order, eventually after 24 hours I got a vague response and again was told about the fact that they are still in there SLA... this time I responded by asking if the SLA was in place in case of issues arising and delay the delivery of a product or is the 14 days a target which they aim for before acting on a delivery... Yesterday 6th January I was sent a confirmation email that I have received my products, I immediately forward this email to the customer care email address to say that I have not... I still have no response from them. This morning feeling rather upset as you just get no assistance, no response and a general feeling of I couldn't care when you call the call center i tried again and spoke to a very friendly lady "Roseya" (I hope I spelled her name correctly), I was kept on the line for 21min while she got hold of the dispatching store who then could not find the stock or the order (this was not clear), she then told me she would call me back once she received feedback from the store. After 5 hours and not hearing anything back I decided to call once more this time I spoke to a man... did not catch his name as it makes no difference but he told me that he would escalate the matter and that I (the customer who has called numerous times and been held on the line for many min) should call them back tomorrow for an update. this is just pathetic service and this is just trying to get a product delivered that I have paid for... I shudder to think what is going to happen if one of the products turn out to be faulty.
I would like to share my experience dealing with used car sales men. I have owned a few used cars in my life and the first thing that comes to mind when looking at a used car is who was the previous owner and how was the car treated by them as there is always that worry about buying someones else`s problem, then you have the sales person who needs to make a sale so you are always wary as to if you are being told the truth or fed some lies. Now let me tell you if you are looking for an honest man who will not only search for a car you want not only to suit your pocket but also what you really want you need to go to Max 4 cars in East London and ask for Anthony Glover. I have bought 3 cars from this man over the years, one of them I loved so much I paid off and kept... I will not deal with anyone else again as I have had bad experiences in the past dealing with other sales people. He is always available and willing to help even after the sale and not simply refer you to service departments as previous sales people have done in my experience but actually takes ownership of the problem and sorts it out. Thank you Anthony for being professional and always catering for the needs and wants of my family.
