Disappointing Experience with MaXhosa - Poor Packaging and Customer Service
I purchased a pair of socks (R400) and earrings (R1300) from MaXhosa's online store as a gift, but the earrings arrived in a plastic bag with no packaging π. When I contacted them, Sihle/Lihle seemed surprised and passed me to Jessica, who also seemed unaware of the issue. Jessica promised to investigate and later confirmed the earrings should've had packaging, offering to send some.
However, it's been a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, I've no update or tracking number. MaXhosa's service is appalling, especially for a brand of their stature. R1300 earrings deserve better packaging. Lovisa, a more affordable brand, does this effortlessly. MaXhosa's service centre is the worst, and Jessica's service is particularly disappointing π.
P.s- I have voice recordings of every call made to them, and screenshots of Whatsapp conversations.
