Disappointing Experience with MaXhosa - Poor Packaging and Customer Service I purchased a pair of socks (R400) and earrings (R1300) from MaXhosa's online store as a gift, but the earrings arrived in a plastic bag with no packaging 😔. When I contacted them, Sihle/Lihle seemed surprised and passed me to Jessica, who also seemed unaware of the issue. Jessica promised to investigate and later confirmed the earrings should've had packaging, offering to send some. However, it's been a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, I've no update or tracking number. MaXhosa's service is appalling, especially for a brand of their stature. R1300 earrings deserve better packaging. Lovisa, a more affordable brand, does this effortlessly. MaXhosa's service centre is the worst, and Jessica's service is particularly disappointing 🙄. P.s- I have voice recordings of every call made to them, and screenshots of Whatsapp conversations.

I bought two pairs of socks in April from MaXhosa in Oceans Mall. The quality is bad , they running out with holes. The manager gave me attitude. He claimed they will call the studio and after some day I received a call from him saying it’s declined .

I purchased a Maxhosa TShirt for my husband about 4 weeks ago and my husband wore it once…then the button whole started threading off. I’ve sent an email, WhatsApp and also called with promises that are never fulfilled. I’m so disappointed with their poor service

I am having technical issues on MANCOSA portal connect. The issues concerning my Business Statistics Module. The issues are as follows: 1.There are no scheduled dates for webiners 2.There are no recorded webiners 3.There are Knowledge Check Quize to attempt 4.No second assignment question I have been emailing and calling the MANCOSA student service and no one responded and it been more then 3 weeks now. I am just worried that I would run out of submitting time and then be told to re-register for the module again, yet I have tried all means to ask for help and no one is assisting me.

All I can say is... Local is lekker!!!! I only own a pair of socks from this young man and crew... They are transparent, loving, efficient, friendly and creative!!! I will FOREVER #SupportLocal in all aspects and eish this pandemic will pass and give our local community a chance to do it for us and themselves again!!! #SupportLocal and you will literally have someone out there reaching their dream
