I had a terrible service in one of the Edge gym in Jeffreys Bay. For my first time attending, I requested someone to show me around but no one assisted me. I purchased eating plan from a staff named Craig and he took his time to deliver, after like three months of waiting for my eating plan, I asked around the gym on where can I report this situation since he started resenting me. He sent me the eating plan after that he told me to stop discussing him because i will get him fired. The management called me about the situation and told me that they will suspend him until the matter is sorted. Since I shop at a mall where edge gym is in JBay, I went shopping the next day only to come across the same guy they say they suspended wearing his working clothes, going in the gym. Which means i was **** to. So my take in this is at Edge it’s all about making people to join and then after that they don’t care how is the customer after joining. If you come across issues in the gym with staff, no one will attend to you you will only be seen as crazy person and be ignored. The staff need some training on how to accommodate people of all races.
I am having technical issues with my Business Statistics Module and I have been calling and sending emails to MANCOSA student service but no one responded to me and it been 3 weeks now. The issues that I am having are as follows : 1.There are no scheduled dates for webiners on the portal 2.No recoded webiners so far 3.No Knowledge Check Quize to attempt 4.No 2nd assignment Question I am just worried that I would run out of submitting time and be told to re-register for the module again, yet I have been trying all means to ask for assistance, but no one have been helping me so far
