I made 2 orders, the one was processed and delivered, the 2nd one was awaiting a payment of R2450 that I even sent my bank statement for to show that it was paid from my side. It’s been a week, I am just being sent from back and forth. Worst of all, I don’t want that money to be refunded, I want that order meaning they can credit my Takealot account.
I called the Bellville 2 branch, Bellville 1 and Head Office but the line keeps being cut after I tell them I want a paid up letter. Other person who picked up told me its full, they will wait till its empty or send tomorrow morning What an absolute waste of time and money! Imagine calling since the morning, even head office already knows my voice!!!
My experience with @butterpudding and @africayourtimeisnow is always the best. I own 3 pieces from their craft and all I can say is WOW! The customer service, the efficiency, the product... One of the reasons I will forever #supportlocal They are one of the people that crossed my mind when I heard about the lockdown, but God is with US and we will pray it all ends then we get back to business and #supportlocal
All I can say is... Local is lekker!!!! I only own a pair of socks from this young man and crew... They are transparent, loving, efficient, friendly and creative!!! I will FOREVER #SupportLocal in all aspects and eish this pandemic will pass and give our local community a chance to do it for us and themselves again!!! #SupportLocal and you will literally have someone out there reaching their dream
I was at footgear in St. George's Mall on #Black Friday... Puma specials had me smiling and happy the whole weekend. Told my cousin about the specials and we went to Footgear in Promenade coz the #BlackFriday special was still on. Tje staff was great but the lines were packed as they had only 2 tills!!!
I bought a rosegold watch at Aldo in Canal Walk. The colour came out, its now greyish... i took it to Aldo in Waterfront and the manager saw the problem too but said I need to have a slip, mind you I thres it away coz I was happy with the watch. Now last week while I was in a meeting, watch fell off my wrist, glass on the floor, watch on the floor!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. What must i do?? I do not want money back or gift card. I WANT THE SAME WATCH!!!!
I made an online purchase of a size 8 sandal/slide, payment went through, got the conformation email afyer money went out of my bank account. Few sdays later, js becore the event I was buying the item for, I get an email telling me that they had a "technical glitch " and I must choose from the colours they have. I reply which colour I want and get told I can only get money bac****! I bought a dress and matching handbag to complete the outfit now what must I do with all this??? I am dik of Melissa, to think I liked them so much... and I do not want my money back, I want the Black floral Beach slide or Rosegold shine slide and that's it!
<div>I have 3 policies with you guys, the 1 was in arrears with 2 months meaning you should have debited the most recent premium on the 1st and YOU DID!!! Today, I receive an sms stating that the policy has lapsed and I need to take out a new 1 if interested!!!!!! I call you and your agent named +++ tells me the policy lapsed in June already!!!! I ask her so if I was calling in to claim was I not goiing to be paid?? She says nooo!!! So had I not called, what was going to happen???? I am damn sure a lot of people are sitting with this nonsense and y'all are getting away with it!!! And the payment for the policy went of on my side (included screenshot on email to them) </div>
<p>I bought a dress from them for R1299, actually 2 of them. Now the dresses have lint and take fluff. When I take the one back because the other dont have a slip anymore. I 2s told to buy the lint remover. Really?? Could have js bought at Mr Price for R150 and expect this to happen. Now i am sitting with 2 damaged dresses. I cannot even recommend the store, though im working for WFS. They are ripping people off</p>
