I purchased a Maxhosa TShirt for my husband about 4 weeks ago and my husband wore it once…then the button whole started threading off. I’ve sent an email, WhatsApp and also called with promises that are never fulfilled. I’m so disappointed with their poor service
I had terrible experience at Makro Springfield where I was told by a merchandiser to stop speaking English because we are both black people, mt crime was to ask where I can find the potgie and the staff member became very aggressive when I asked for his manager he ran away. They call him Skuta. I managed to report the matter to the manager Sipho who promised to follow up this was on the 19th of June and today is the 22 of June and no one has told or updated me about this matter. I want the guy to be brought to book for such degrading approach towards me.
