Maxi Security, it's Directors and personnel are supposed to protect people INSTEAD they are putting people's lives in danger and causing grievous bodily harm to woman, without showing any empathy or remorse. Infant their director Ackim ignored my lengthy comprehensive email with sequence of events - after he asked for it' - in totality, and the other director Danie basically called me a **** to my face. Cut the chase ' on Friday 18 July 2025 at 17:00 their sales manager, Denzil, skipped a stop street on a very busy Republic road (which is the main artery in Randburg) and drove straight into the driver's side of my new vehicle at a very high speed. The impact of the collusion left me unconscious and the driver of the company vehicle of Maxi Security,, only cared about written off condition of the company vehicle and left me I the unconscious state in my vehicle le not checking once whether he needs to call for medical help or not but he rather went to go stand on the pavement after checking the company car. This is what webecame aware of on the security camera footage of a nearby property. I sustainedbroken ribs concussion yorn ligaments in my right shoulder, broken tendons in my right hand and needless to say, my vehicle of course was wrecked. After handing my husband who came to the scene a business card telling him "this is a company vehicle and the company will sort this all out" he abandoned the accident scene when my husband said he wants the police to attend to the scene, leaving the "company vehicle: right there because he needs to go to a hospital. Just to find out he never attended a hospital or saw a doctor? He never checked on my well-being, not once. When contact was made with their offices Danie reckoned "Yes, I know about the accident and no, Denzil would never say that" and "I'm not talking to you placing my company at risk, we have 140 cars on the road and we have many of these accidents sorry Im not talking to you". How about "I'm sorry about what happened, are you doing well? No, a woman hurt by your employee in your company vehicle means nothing. Now potential customers in the north of Johannesburg (Randburg and surrounding areas) ask yourself, how can they care about your safety if the lives of women means little to the directors of this company? They are reckless and ruthless.

Our experience with Maxi Security at BLU Valley Mall has been nothing short of a nightmare. After being impressed with the potential synergies between their Active Eye system and our offerings at Sign Sentry, we agreed to replace our existing cameras with Maxi’s. This decision has led to ongoing issues, including missing footage from critical incidents, lack of access to recorded footage after just 12 hours, and an overall failure to deliver on their promises. Despite repeatedly voicing our concerns and even holding a meeting with Maxi’s team, including our CTO, no effective resolution was provided. We are now facing legal implications due to the site being inadequately protected, contrary to Maxi’s assurances. The lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability is absolutely unacceptable, and their negligence is jeopardizing not just our business but the safety of the site and its stakeholders. After 25 years in the industry, this is, without question, the most appalling service I have ever encountered from a security company. I strongly advise against trusting Maxi Security with your security needs.

I took over a alarm from prefious people. After a few months I canceled it. It was on debit order. Now they black listed me with no communication. I tried to email but nothing. They say I owe them money but I don't know of it.....

Please note people, this is possibly one of the worst security companies to ever hire, do your self a favor and stay far away for them as possible. items stolen on boundary, they have 24 hour guards on site, of witch they enter premises every 30 min. when confronted them they shy away from any responsibility (with an absolutely "****" attitude, and said its not their problem as its within the boundary(palisade fence). they the typical security company that charge a **** load of money, just to be on site.
