Terrible service skills

Moved into a house.sent Maxidor a message to get someone to service my (maxidor security gate)got a whatsapp to send pictures only for a guy from a franchise to call me and say I need wheels for the top.i must count them and easy to install.i asked for a technician for a quote after coming out but waste of time.they must be doing very well to not be interested.my wife battles to slam shut it so security a big issue.getting another company in to quote and dump this maxidor.
