Terrible service skills
Moved into a house.sent Maxidor a message to get someone to service my (maxidor security gate)got a whatsapp to send pictures only for a guy from a franchise to call me and say I need wheels for the top.i must count them and easy to install.i asked for a technician for a quote after coming out but waste of time.they must be doing very well to not be interested.my wife battles to slam shut it so security a big issue.getting another company in to quote and dump this maxidor.

If I could do no stars I would.
After a year decided to go back to ocean basket carnival city.we sat and waited for a waiter to order drinks with them all standing at the entrance chatting.got rolls with no side plates.got main meal.the 3 way calamari at over R200 was small enough to be a starter.1 napkin on the table and 1 fork 2 knives.they will never see me again.service is not top of their list.will rather do ocean basket at emperors palace.

Great service
Call centre handled my call by assisting me to cancel the policy on my vehicle I sold and took a new one on my new vehicle.pity I couldnt transfer it from one to another.

Telkom useless
TELKOM TOTALLY USELESS.IF I COULD DO NO STARS IT WOULD STILL BE TOO MUCH. Telkom suggested to upgrade my internet to a faster line and cheaper. Signed up and now since oct 2023 they have debited my account for the new and old line.went in to the store.said it wasnt cancelled by the salesman.still now the higher debit going off my account and they are investigating it for a refund.stay away from Telkom from my piont of view.totall useless.they owe me around R3600.

INGCO SERVICE TERRIBLE.
Bought a cordless grinder and drill kit from mica.when outside to the INGCO TENT guy for advice to be told get a bigger 40 or 50 battery.mica says discontinued so asked the guy outside.3 weeks still waiting on reply about batteries from INGCO shoudv stuck with ryobi who have an idea of what stock is available.very disappointed.once bitten twice shy.INGCO come into the market with a bang with no backup.DEFFINATLY WONT BUY ANY ADDITIONS TO THIS TOOL BOX.

Rain bad start
Got a quick response from Rain to enquire about the wifi package.paid the start up fee on the 4th nov.still waiting for the unit to be delivered.now starting to believe the negative reviews.gonna cancell before it begins.

Kia south Africa
I am in the market for a Kia Seltos 1 5d auto.when I go onto autotrader.cars.co.za.carfind and surf 4cars.i find the seltos for sale at Kia dealers across the country.when I call the dealership they all say the vehicles were sold and when I asked when was it sold i am told over a week ago but yet still shows for sale and they haven't removed it yet.How often is the adverts updated by the dealerships as it's pointless looking if the adverts dont get updated.

Terrible marketing devision
Went into Checkers bottle store 1st may and saw an ad to win a castle lite fridge if you buy a case of castle lite.i bought a few and asked the cashier how to enter.no one not even the manager knew what to do.they said scan the barcode which I tried with no joy.i called the SAB customer care for them to tell me there is no competition running and they will take it up with marketing.i went to the same shop 7th may to see the ad is still on the window.castle lite marketing department should seriously get their act together and as a big castle lite user maybe will also look at other brands.very disappointed with being misled by SAB.
