Spent a considerable amount on repairing my Bosch fridge , speed queen dryer and washer which was leaking , at Maximum output ,only to have the washer leak again as soon as it was returned. This after 400 rand spent on assessing if the machines could be fixed .<br> They said it could be fixed and I gave the go ahead to repair costing R1800 for washer leak.<br> After attempting another repair to no avail ,called the company, was told to e.mail.<br> After having done so the, manager called, cross questioning rudely and abruptly and making accusations of overloading without ever being present.<br> The fact is that my machine was never repaired and the owner refuses to take any responsibility for it.<br> In fact I was told that the machine needs replacing because the leak cannot be fixed. Why then say that it can be repaired? and take R1800 for it.<br> Spoke to the owner ,after the incompetent manager was of no use , only to find his attitude even worse.<br> 'Take your business elsewhere', he said.<br> Easy to say when you'v taken my money for something that you didn't repair. <br> Great disservice to good brands , as a recognised repair centre.<br> Maximum Output should be called Minimum service.<br> Other complaint spot on.

The owner of Maximum Output was shockingly rude when I called to inform them that returned my microwave without the glass plate. He immediately went into a defence mode, but said that he would check the job card which would verify if I had left it or not. After check the job card, which of course made no mention of a glass plate being returned to me, the story changed to screaming that I was wasting his time and he dropped the phone on me twice. I told him that I did not take any part out when I delivered the microwave, instead he gave my the 2 plastic rings and told me that his staff steals such. I tried to explain that maybe he was also supposed to give me the glass plate but he missed doing that. I was dumb completely shocked by this and instead I was later told to purchase the glass plate from their spares..WOW!! I decided to write here because I feel bullied and as much as the glass plate can be replaces, I will not accept to be treated the way the owner of this place has. Is it because I am a woman?? It is clear that he does not care about customers this being displayed by his attitude the minute he started opening his mouth.
