Had my Samsung washing machine for two weeks! Charged me R3700 and then said they are unable to repair it! Owner never returns calls! Machine has apparently now been sent to Samsung! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
On collection of the car I was informed that unless I pay another R150 per day I would be charged an excess of R25000!!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!! No insurance has an excess of R25000!!!!!! Even if the windscreen gets cracked!!!!!! Bunch of *******! Do NOT use Woodford!!!!
Have been waiting almost a month for my deposit. Told I must wait 14 working days! Do not use Sani!! No excuse that they need to keep your deposit for such a ridiculous time!
Drove all the way to the Panasonic approved service centre in Woodmead only to find it no longer exists but it remains on the Panasonic website!! Took it to electroserve three months ago and it has still not been repaired!!! Will definitely not be purchasing another Panasonic product!!
<p>i made a booking last week at the Glenanda branch for my son to start extra maths on 25 February at 2.30. I had to change his assessment from Monday to another day. Danshni was not able to ever give me another day for the assessment. Just received a message to say she is now fully booked for Friday! Shocking!!!! I will make sure I inform every parent in my area not to ever go to Kip McGrath! When I called I just got attitude and was told too bad.</p>
<p>i booked a nail appointment for my daughter at Sorbet The Glen. I pointed out the young lady who always does my daughter's nails. She was not working on Friday so I booked for Saturday when she was in. Just the booking was a mission. When my daughter arrived for her appointment there was no booking for her. They then kept shifting her around the salon. She landed up having her nails done over a message bed. There was no stock of the colours as well. The technician was obviously in a hurry and did a shocking job. All this for R275! This is the reason I no longer go to Sorbet! </p>
<p>my dad sent in a cancellation for his land line. ********** 290 in August 2016. To date the line has not been cancelled and he continues to receive accounts each month!!! No one at Telkom seems able to sort this out. He will no longer be making payments!!!</p>
<p>merchant reversed transactions despite having been emailed copies of the slips!!!! Now calling me to say my account is overdrawn!!!!! Sort this out immediately before it goes legal</p>
<p>i have been purchasing zinger strips since they were first introduced. They were great and a decent size but they have just grown smaller. Twice now I have landed up with tiny little strips. I have taken photos each time as proof. Why is this happening? It's now a rip off!</p>
<p>I cancelled my land line in 2013 and now received a call from Nudebt to say I owe Telkom over R8000 for the cancelled line????!!!!! Sort this out!</p>
