The last 3 fit me powders I bought, resulted in being broken. The first time I assumed it was me. Then it happened again after a weeks of using it last year so I ended up getting rid of two compacts that were half way used. This year it happened once again and I emailed Maybelline. I got a credit / exchange for ONE. Now they are ignoring me about the other compact event tho I sent them the info! Is money falling from the sky ??? The customer service agent has totally disregarded me even after we spoke and she asked me to send her the 2nd email
