They claimed with their bakkie i strived alot by contacting their insurance none stop so my claim gets registered as a 3rd party,

now their insurance says they can't proceed since they didn't pay their premiums ,everything will be in hold... I am suffering financially since i don't have a car, their courtesy car is not roadworthy it misses gears and it has bubbles on tires...

Going to work am traveling from Pretoria to Germiston weekly (275 per day), I use of public transport is costly. I have to use the money to pay all legal law fees to push the case. This makes me mad seeing their two drivers who caused me so much damage financially, emotionally while they still working nicely with no legal action taken against them however the driver was gross negligence,

He failed to keep a proper lookout on the road; failed to apply the brakes of the vehicle timeously or at all, failed to keep control over the vehicle, alternatively, proper control, further alternatively, full control over the vehicle ,failed to exercise due care and precaution whilst driving the vehicle; failed to have due regard to other road users; failed to stop when it was safe to do so; drove at a speed which was excessive under the circumstances; Failed to avoid a collision in circumstances which with the exercise of reasonable care...today i lost my car that worth +- R260k

Mayfair Gearbox they are practicing FRADULENT because they are claiming that their Bakkie NP300 is damaged in their insurance Guardrisk
