I am so disappointed with level of service that I got from this dealership, to think that i bought 2 of my vehicles there and the treatment I got these 2 days is shocking. Due to the inflation rate I contacted the dealer and was promised by the dealer principle Mr Willie Scheepers that the amount of R205000.00 will be paid by the 14/07/2023. To my surprise when I got to the bank yesterday to pay the balance I was informed that no payment was made and the account will remain open. I then contacted the D.P and he said he will email me the proof of payment. Waited up until the bank closed no email was sent, meanwhile he was just not answering my call. Now I called the bank and they said since the payment was not received there is an additional amount of R810.36 that I need to pay. How is this fair? On my next car purchase I will play far and will not recommend Hatfield Group.
