Pre -paid meter provider - Account payments outstanding

Mbec Electrical claims that they pay all pre-paid meter amounts received to the selected account. I experienced that the amounts reflected were not paid over. I requested a detail explanation but recieved an answer that we caanot be held laible until proven wrong. Very bad experience with the pre-piad meter management, account payments and service provider.
