Mr Shopper fraudulent on-line Scheme -STAY AWAY!!!!
I ordered a kreepy Krauly Pool cleaner on the 9th January and paid for it. Today is the 11 March with still no delivery. I tried to contact them via phone, e-mail, on-line chat etc with no response at all. This is a fraudulent scam that steals money from honest South African citizens. PLEASE do not buy anything from them on-line

Pre -paid meter provider - Account payments outstanding
Mbec Electrical claims that they pay all pre-paid meter amounts received to the selected account. I experienced that the amounts reflected were not paid over. I requested a detail explanation but recieved an answer that we caanot be held laible until proven wrong. Very bad experience with the pre-piad meter management, account payments and service provider.

Damage to antique furniture
During 2016 I moved from Pretoria to Cape Town. My furniture was stored for about 6 months. When my furniture was delivered to my house in the Wellington, I've noticed severe damage to my furniture. I contacted JH Retief, Mr Stoney Steenkamp who visited my house and undertook to attend to my complaint. Some of the items were repaired by myself but after 9 months some items are still outstanding with no reply to emails, phone calls or Sms. This company do not care about their customers or their assets and some damage like holes in my leather coach was very shocking. Please make sure if they quote low that you get the service you want otherwise select reputable transporters
