Trekkinn shoes took 3 months to arrive in SA
Order hiking shoes, took 3 months to arrive. Eventually arrived via, post office! Had to pay over R1000 in customs. Order date 9 Feb Recieved date 7 May No contact from the company. No contact details on their website. They emailed me an order confirmation but did not reply to the emails I sent them. I did get the shoes, but I think they should improve customer service and use a, courier for SA orders.

pathetic delivery time don't even know if they are going to deliver
The worst service ever never using you again bought an item on the 20 December the first date of delivery was 07 January i understand it was the holiday season but now the expected delivery is in February how is that possible and if you need to chat with a agent there is a fee of R15 what is that i need my purchase because this is unacceptable who does that to their clients

The worst service ever never using you again bought an item on the 20 December the first date of delivery was 07 January i understand it was the holiday season but now the expected delivery is in February how is that possible and if you need to chat with a agent there is a fee of R15 what is that i need my purchase because this is unacceptable who does that to their clients

Order number 51035898. I ordered a pair of Keen Arroyo sandals to be delivered to my address. A few weeks later I received an eMail stating the package is "at the post office". We do not have a post office, in fact very few post offices are functional in South Africa. I cannot get any feedback from Trekk Inn or the partner transport company. Automated responses and re- routing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

TREKK INN ONLINE PURCHASE IN SOUTH AFRICA
My order only arrived 9 weeks later, after the initial estimate was a 3-week turnaround time. Eventually, I managed to track down my parcel at the South African Post Office and was charged an additional 30% of the purchase price to collect. If Trekk Inn had honoured our agreement to deliver the product to my residential address I would not have incurred additional costs. The hidden costs are unacceptable and impossible to calculate and the estimated delivery time is a joke. Had I known about this beforehand I would never have purchased the goods. I am a very dissatisfied online shopper and will never shop there again.

No delivery and service of Leatherman knife through Trekk inn order website.
I've order a LEATHERMAN Signal Nylon Sheath Aqua One Size knife on the 3 May 2023 through the Trekk inn (Powered by Tradeinn) Website. I've paid R3203.98 in total. I've tracked my shipping every week on the app they provided and on 7 June 2023 it updated "The item has arrived in the country of destination" and I was waiting for the delivery. When I went to the app again 0n 13 June 2023 it was updated " The item cannot be delivered and will be returned" and from there on no updates and no delivery and no reason for returning this order! I've been sending mails, do live chats on Trekk inn website and the only reply I'm getting is, they are busy with investigation and I must wait. If I don't follow up, no emails or no updates from them! This service is really giving Leatherman not a good name, because I've order this knife through Trekk inn website and no delivery and communication service at all!!!! It is almost 4 months now!!!

You will never receive your purchase goods.
This company looks legit and has a great website but this is where it ends and please do not buy from them. I placed an order for a very expensive item and never received this item. They do not come back to me with status or refuse to give my money back. I think they are in the business to sell items without actually shipping them. It is just impossible to talk to the company and they keep on sending a standard message when they communicate via mail or their online facilty.
