Trekkinn shoes took 3 months to arrive in SA
Order hiking shoes, took 3 months to arrive. Eventually arrived via, post office! Had to pay over R1000 in customs. Order date 9 Feb Recieved date 7 May No contact from the company. No contact details on their website. They emailed me an order confirmation but did not reply to the emails I sent them. I did get the shoes, but I think they should improve customer service and use a, courier for SA orders.

Terrible terms and conditions re exchange /returns
Pet plus online has a terrible returns policy.... Bought a jacket for my dog, it was the wrong size, they refused to exchange it for a larger size as I hadn't informed then within 3 days, and they hadn't received the goods within 5 days. Non negotiable. I informed them within a week, but they refused to accept it. In my view a decent company would accept an exchange within 28 days. Beware of this company!
