Sell stock they don't have
It seems that they list items on their website and allow you to buy them even if they don't actually physically have the stock. They let me know a few days after I bought it, waiting for my refund now. I wouldn't mind if they had some kind of warning online about stock or if they contacted me the day that I ordered.

Great service and wonderful prices
Great experience with these guys ! They are now my go-to online pet shop for supplies. They are quick to notify you when out of stock on an item, and I have also received calls personally to let me know. They will then ask you what you want to replace it with and will refund you the difference if the item is cheaper. They have very competitive prices on their site and have not disappointed me so after +/- 10 orders

Avoid buying anything from them
Avoid buying anything from them. I’ve been waiting nearly 20 days for a simple order, with no indication on their website that the item was out of stock. All I’ve received since then are excuses.

New manager Is great!
I must admit all the low rating reviews are not lieing, but I've looked into it and pet plus has taken on a new online manager. Lovely man, very help full. The past online Manger was not the best. Online is only managed by one person so this young man has alot on his plate. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you

Refusing to refund
After receiving the incorrect order and corresponding with them for a week over this, they gave me the option to be refunded but till today have not received any refund. They are at the moment ignoring my queries about when that will be done.

INCORRECT ON SEVERAL LEVELS
Not sure how they were able to get this order completely wrong? Not only did I not received what I have ordered but I also did not receive the correct quantity of product. Still waiting for their explanation and need a solution ASAP! I ordered : 5 x Lekker Barkery Ostrich Mini Round Bites - Value Pack - 350g Price: R 240.00 (Total amount paid - R1 200.00) What I received : 1x Lekker Barkery Ostrich Mini Round Bites - Value Pack - 350g 3 x Lekker Barkery Ostrich Mini Round Bites - Value Pack - 100g

Customer Service on steroids.
I recently ordered a replacement part for my magnetic cat-flap and was blown away by the incredible service I received from a gent named Nick. Not only did he immediately get in touch with me after I had sent off an email to Pet Plus to confirm the order, but he actually took the time and effort to ensure that I received the part the very next day. He was in constant contact with me regarding the courier service and time of delivery, and showed a genuine desire for me to timeously receive the part I had ordered. Nick displays all the attributes of a professional, passionate and committed staff member and is 100% an asset to Pet Plus. Nick - if you are reading this: thank you! Thank you for restoring my long-since dwindled faith in Customer Service!
