My order only arrived 9 weeks later, after the initial estimate was a 3-week turnaround time. Eventually, I managed to track down my parcel at the South African Post Office and was charged an additional 30% of the purchase price to collect. If Trekk Inn had honoured our agreement to deliver the product to my residential address I would not have incurred additional costs.

The hidden costs are unacceptable and impossible to calculate and the estimated delivery time is a joke. Had I known about this beforehand I would never have purchased the goods. I am a very dissatisfied online shopper and will never shop there again.
